Project Description: Having undertaken:

• the implementation of R/3 in Greece (Halyps 1998-1999) in all the necessary modules of the company, namely FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM and PS following the Italcementi Group Cernel,
• the roll-out in Bulgaria for the company Devnya (2001),
• our participation in the implementation in Egypt for the company Suez (2003) and
• the implementation of R/3 in the company DOMIKI BETON (2004-2005) for all the necessary modules, such as FI, CO, SD and MM

we participated in the "SYNERGY" roll out project. Main activities were the analysis and design of the processes so that they reflect the activities in Greece and are in accordance to the existing legislation, the Hellenization implementation, the training and user support for the modules FI, SD and MM. After the implementation, the support continues up to now.
