New MYF monthly format, XML output - pol:1022-31-01-2014

According to Law POL 1022/31.1.2014, report MYF should be provided to the Greek Authorities on a monthly basis with a specifc XML format. 

For this SAP has already announced through SAP Note 1972510 - GR: new MYF montly format, XML output, for ECC 6.0 and Hellenization C-CEE 110_600 or subsequent, the required actions .

For SAP ECC 6.0 systems

This note is the main note related to this implementation task. It consistent from many pre-implementation manual tasks and after manual tasks that should be implemented by a developer. Except from the development and basis tasks an additional customizing fot the MYF Report application is required. 

Supplementary notes have been released related to bug fixing such as note 1993225 

Note: Elsop can implement on top of this  special functions for the automatic upload of the extracted zipped file to the minister site through special web services provided by GSIS (REST Service).

For older SAP systems

In the case of previous SAP versions a communication with the SAP Hellas will be required in order to adapt the SAP Note to your version  or a special implementation to your system will be required.
