Description: The technical team crew receives dynamically the daily task list on their mobile device in real time. When customer’s and energy meter’s information is confirmed, reports of theirs tasks can be committed by using predefined available choices. Employees can record energy meter’s reading and validate it by taking a picture of it and acquiring customer’s signature. in case a customer has already paid the bill, the technical team is informed about and a planned cutoff gets cancelled.
